The customer is always and completely right!

We always want you to be happy with the product you buy from us, so you may return the product to us within 2 days of delivery to you if you don’t like it. We will transfer the money to your account once the product reaches us undamaged, but you have to bear the shipping cost of both sides.

If the product you receive is defective, damaged or incomplete you must contact us within a day (24 hours) of delivery either by sending us an email to info@shopolics.com or calling us at +91 7021078075 and we will either ask you to send the product to us and we will send you it’s replacement or if the product is not in stock then we will transfer money to your bank account within 5 business days. In case we ask you to send back the product then we will also bear the shipping cost. We may also ask you to send photographs of the damaged product.
